Our estate planning services include the preparation of Living Trusts, wills, powers of attorney, irrevocable life insurance trusts, and charitable gifts. Tax analysis is also provided for those with estates in excess of exemption limits.

Our mission is to make our quality services accessible and affordable to benefit families from all walks of life.

From the first consultation to the drafting of your important Estate Plan documents, our clients are all serviced personally by attorneys.  Your Estate Plan is important to us, and our trusts services include the necessary planning to minimize estate taxes, with special attention, when needed, to address the needs of non-Citizens and families of mixed citizenship. After-service includes trust administration services, estate tax returns, probate filings and probate administration.

We also form and advise corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. We advise businesses in choosing entity formations and in methods for achieving favorable tax advantages with, when possible, maximum estate and asset protection benefits. We also provide limited services related to general business transactions.
